Tenant Portals

As a tenant, you can now sign up for an online portal. Once you have your portal set up, you will be able to make your rent payment online. You will also be able to see invoices (like your water bill invoice) and will be able to pay that online as well. There is a fee for paying online. If you don’t want to pay rent or invoices online, you can still see if you have a balance on anything or see previous invoices. Another thing you can do with a tenant portal is submit maintenance requests.

Driscoll Property Management now has texting. You can text DPM between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. If our office is closed, please note that any text messages you send will not be seen until the next business day. You can sign up for this at our office. Why sign up? This will allow you and DPM to contact each other during the business day. You can send the office a text message for anything you need, such as a maintenance request or just a question you have for us. DPM can text you if we need to get a hold of you for something, such as getting into your apartment for a maintenance issue. There are many things that both you and DPM can use texting for to contact each other.

Stop by our office today to get signed up for texting! Once you sign up, you will be given the phone number that will be used to send texts to.
