Exercising In Your Apartment

Joining a gym can be easy, but so can working out in your own apartment.

Some people don’t want to join a gym for many reason such as they don’t want to work out in front of others, they don’t have the money, or they don’t want to have to travel back and forth from the gym.

 

Are you wondering how you can work order in an apartment you rent? Here are some tips and ideas on how to exercise from your apartment:

  1. Lifting weights: use items around the house, like water bottles or soup cans.
  2. Stretching: use a stool you have to help stretch or a tennis ball to roll out tight muscles/
  3. Use a doorframe to help with resistance exercising
  4. Ab exercising: try using a foam roller to help exercise your abs
  5. Find an open area to do yoga, crunches, lunges, etc.

Knowing you can work out in your apartment with things you already have can make things easier.

Make sure to check with your doctor about things you should and shouldn’t do when exercising and how often you should exercise.
